6.0 Tonne Self Loading Cable Trailer
General Description
Designed for safe and efficient one man operation in the handling of cable drums these Self Loading Cable Trailers can be reversed onto a free standing, fully loadable cable drum and after being fitted with the Spindle Shaft can be lifted clear of the standing surface hydraulically and secured for transport to the worksite.
These Self Loading Cable Trailers have Controls that are positioned in a way to provide the operator a full-uninterrupted view of the Cable Loading and unloading as well as paying out and rewinding.
The Cable Trailer Design takes into account the uneven ground and the misalignment of Drums; also Damaged Drums can be loaded with safety because of the flexible use of chains on the Cable Trailer Loading Arms.
The Cable Trailers are capable of providing a minimum of 1000 kg of tension and a speed of 20mtr/min. Transportation of the Cable Drums does not rely on hydraulics to hold them in place, they are secured in a Cradle of Heavy Duty Bearings.
